By “Grants for Personnel Development in the Field of Soft Skills” the waff supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vienna when it comes to continuing education and training of staff in the following areas:

• communication skills
• sales techniques
• learning capabilities
• team capabilities

Please also note that there are other prerequisites  prequisites to be met if you wish to receive a grant.
