You are eligible for a grant if ...

• you run a small or medium-sized enterprise in Vienna and

• carry out innovative projects – in particular in the fields of research and development, organisation, communication and information management.

Further Prerequisites

• You have to recruit at least one additional employee (innovation assistant).

• The innovation project has to result in additional qualification needs for employees.

• The continuing education and training courses have to start and end in the period during which the grant is paid.

• The competition rules of the EU (“De-minimis” rule pdf) apply.

The present dates for submission are from 5.12.2011 to 6.2.2012.

The completely filled application form should be submitted in triplicate, the other documents to be enclosed as well as the officially signed undertaking (pdf) should be submitted in duplicate to the Vienna Employment Promotion Fund (WAFF), Corporate promotions, Nordbahnstraße 36 / Staircase 3 / 4th Floor / Room 26, 1020 Vienna in a sealed envelope marked as "innovative assistance".

Further procedure after expiry of the submission date:

The submitted application documents will be subjected to a comprehensive evaluation process and then presented to the waff Board for deciding. Consequently, you will receive a written notification.
