You are eligible for a grant if ...
you run a small or medium-sized enterprise in Vienna and
carry out innovative projects – in particular in the fields of research and development, organisation, communication and information management.
Further Prerequisites
You have to recruit at least one additional employee (innovation assistant).
The innovation project has to result in additional qualification needs for employees.
The continuing education and training courses have to start and end in the period during which the grant is paid.
The competition rules of the EU (“De-minimis” rule pdf) apply.
The current application period is from 17/06/2010 to 06/09/2010. During this period, application forms are available for download.
Three copies of the commitment form and the completed application form signed for the company as well as the documentation required have to be received by the Vienna Employment Promotion Fund (waff), Unternehmensförderungen (Support to Enterprises) at Nordbahnstrasse 36/3/4th floor, room 26, 1020 Vienna, no later than 6 September 2010 in a sealed envelope marked “Innovation Assistance”.
Further procedure after expiry of the application period:
The application documents are subject to a comprehensive assessment and finally submitted to the waff Board for decision. Subsequently, you will be informed of the outcome in writing.
