The waff’s initiative "Innovation Assistance” provides for grants to support your innovation projects.
What are the grants for?
Grants are pro-rata contributions towards the labour costs of the innovation assistant, the costs of upgrading employee qualifications in respect of the innovation projects and, if required, consultancy costs.
What are the grant amounts?
- 50% of education-related costs for continuing education courses carried out by external educational institutions, max. € 7,300.-
50% of consultancy costs, max. € 4,700.-
50% of the gross salary (excl. extra pay, bonuses etc.) for each innovation assistant, max. € 47,000.-
For how long will grants be paid?
The maximum period for grants to innovation projects is 18 months. An innovation assistant may be employed as from the time the application is filed (date of receipt by the waff).
Please also note that there are other prerequisites to be met if you wish to receive a grant.
