NOVA is a special programme supporting working men  and women before, during and after the birth of a child (or in case of nursing leave). The waff will help you so the birth of your child will not turn into a career disadvantage for you. 

NOVA offers personal counselling 

• to ensure work/life balance before your child is born (or before an adoption, or before a foster child is taken in),

• to help plan your exit from and re-entry into the working life carefully,
• to show you how such a leave can be used for continuing education,
• to show you the options for successful career development after re-entry into the working life.

Moreover, you can get financial support when attending continuing education courses.
