Advanced training account

With the advanced training account, the waff supports training and advanced training measures related to the profession for unemployed and working citizens of Vienna, if the course is taken from one of the educational institutions approved by the waff.

• New immigrants with "limited residence permit": 50% of the course expenses, up to € 200.-
• Working persons: 50% of the course expenses, up to € 200.-
• Unemployed persons (or: those on parenting leave/unpaid educational leave; drawing community aid): 50% of the course expenses, up to € 300.-
• For the vocational matriculation examination, foreman examinations, repetition of the apprentice training or the secondary school examination: 80% of the course expenses, up to € 450.-

The Application for assistance must be submitted to the waff within three months of completing the course (or completing the examination) at the latest.
