The Kümmer-Nummer offers free telephonic counselling regarding apprenticeship and vocation. The youth can also obtain information on support offers from the project website www.kümmer-nummer.at and from social networks like Facebook.
 
Target groups: Youth between 14 and 21 years of age without apprenticeship or graduation, youth without concrete career opportunities, school dropouts as well as parents and relatives.

Objectives:

• Implementation of the Viennese training guarantee: training or employment for every youth
  
• Support in the transition from school to work

The Kümmer-Nummer [Hotline] is a service offered by the waff by the order of the deputy mayor Renate Brauner.
