Professional diagnosis and advice for integration includes the following points:

• Occupational medical diagnosis
• Personality diagnosis
• Intelligence and performance diagnosis
• ERGSO test (work place simulation device)
• Special tests
• Cooperation with the institute for diagnosis of addiction
• Concrete recommendations are derived from the tests for the integration into the labour market.

 
Objectives:

• Creation of 800 professional diagnoses and recommendations for intervention  
• Survey of statistically evaluable and meaningful data
