The project supports youngsters and young adults in getting further qualified in their profession. The aim is to bring the participants back into the job market as early as possible during their phase of unemployment, through appropriate training. 

My Opportunity 3 offers a combination of classic and tried and tested elements for determining where one stands, planning the course of further education and training, qualifications that are useful from the job market perspective, coaching during the training period, effective hand-holding while getting started in the career and support through contacts with companies.

 Target group:

• Youngsters interested in training, between 19 and 25 years of age with training lacunae

Aim:
My Opportunity 3 aims at supporting young persons who did not recognise the value of a good training during their apprenticeship or schooldays, in acquiring a professional qualification and/or a secondary school certificate.
