The JUST placement foundation supports and guides youngsters looking for jobs in reorienting their career and advanced qualification with the objective of (re) integration into the job market. As part of JUST, potential employees are taught skills that can be used across companies.

Target group: Youngsters in the age group of 19 to 24, who have completed apprenticeship at the most or have an equivalent academic degree and are registered as unemployed with the AMS:

• Job-related qualification, case management and coaching 
• Help in finding a new job
• Reintegration into the job market
