Target group: Young women in artisan/technical apprenticeships

• who, at the end of their apprenticeship, cannot or do not want to stay at the firm where they are trained
• with a completed apprenticeship, who are registered as unemployed and are looking for a position as skilled worker or wish to re-orientate.

Objective: Support and assistance for young women trained in non traditional female occupations to help them with their successful start as skilled worker.
