The project supports young girls in vocational selection and training and also in finding an apprenticeship or employment.
 
Participants have the opportunity to try out professions directly in companies. The girls are also required to know the “typically male professions”. Participants make a career decision on the basis of this experience. They are then assisted in the training and job search. After the course, the participants can continue using the offer of professional and follow-up support.
 
Objectives:

• Expansion of the career selection spectrum
• Apprenticeship in a company or in corporate training workshop
• Training or completion or middle or high school education
• Development of a career or training plan
