The project addresses social assistance recipients and emergency assistance recipients between 18 and 35 years of age. After approximately 4 weeks training, participants complete their internships in companies or with the sponsor. Suitable participants also have the option of temporary agency work, which often leads to absorption into the company.

• Labour market and career orientation
• Social-educational support for the stabilisation of life situation
• Labour market oriented qualification (Internships and temporary employment)
• Internal support measures (application training, acquisition of skills, EDP course, social skills training, individual coaching)
• Organisation and implementation of further training and education
