The project promotes the gradual reintegration of young adults (60 % with a migration background). Marginal employment and part-time employment of up to 35 hours a week in the areas of food trade (sale, take away-food) and services (Support from various players in the Brunnenmarkt [a multicultural market place in the 16th district of Vienna], e.g. employee at the market administration).  
 
If required, the participants are supported by social workers.
 
Objectives of the project:

• Transition from marginal employment to part-time employment  
• Placement in the labour market
• Beginning of training
