The project provides social assistance recipients between 18 and 35 years of age with employment of 30 hours a week. After the clearing phase, an internship is arranged for the participants with the sponsor or with a company. In case of the company internship, an absorption option is considered.
 
The participants are mentored by a personal coach – Supporting the motivation, willingness to work and stabilising the ability to work. If necessary, the participants can complete job-oriented basic and subsequent qualifications and receive support for applications.

• Completion of training or further measures
