Opportunities through education
The action offers further training to around 400 underprivileged and educationally deprived employees working in Vienna-based firms. Pre-requisite: The main residence is in Vienna.
Access to the target groups is successful through employee representatives, for example, work councils. With the support of employee representatives, training needs surveys are carried out in companies and training plans are developed in the areas of EDP, languages or personality development, specifically adapted to the target group. The programme makes it possible to make up for educational credentials.
To make participation in the training as simple as possible, courses are held in the company itself or in some other easily accessible location.

- Qualification of underprivileged and educationally deprived employees
- Creating awareness about job opportunities that further training may create
